Designed to use only one skein of yarn, the April Showers Shawl is worked from the bottom up, and features an eye-catching lace border, short row-shaping, and relaxing garter stitch body. The result is a light, elongated crescent-shaped shawl that is perfect for summer.
The shawls design was inspired by the theme “April Showers”, it’s lace border was designed to resemble the umbrella canopies and raindrops, that we tend to see a lot of in the UK, during April.
