Brim circumference unstretched 12 ½ (15, 17 ½) in / 31.75 (38, 44.5) cm.
YARN
Approximately 70 (80, 90) yards / 65 (75, 85) meters of any yarn which knits to the specified gauge. Sample done in Stella (60% Silk, 20% Rayon, 20% Cotton. Aran weight) 90 meters/50g skein by Debbie Bliss.
GAUGE
16 sts and 22 rows = 4” (10 cm) over Stocking stitch knit in the round.
NEEDLES & NOTIONS
Size 5 mm (US8) double pointed needles or size required to obtain correct gauge.
Cable needle, 4 Stitch markers & 1 stitch marker of contrast colour, tapestry needle.
