The Arctic Cowl transforms into a full hood when fully extended to keep your head and neck warm on those extra cold days. Made with Bernat’s Blanket Yarn, this cowl is soft and warm. You can also make this cowl using any Super Bulky Size 6 Yarn.

THIS PATTERN WORKS UP FAST!

This pattern includes written directions.

Skill Level: Easy

Required Supplies:
• 1 Ball Bernat (Baby) Blanket; 04011 Little Sandcastles; 201m/220yds; 300g/10.5oz
• Crochet Hook size 10mm (N)
• One 40-50mm Button
• Yarn Needle

Sizes: Teen - Adult; One Size, Oversized

Measurements:
• 18” wide (side to side); 20” top to bottom at largest point; 6” at gathered front

Gauge: 7sc and 7 rows = approximately 4 inches.

Stitches Used:
• Ch=Chain
• Sc=Single Crochet
• Sl St-Slip Stitch
• Sc2tog=Single crochet next 2 stitches together to decrease
