Final width/length measurements: circumference 21.5 inches, height 9.5 inches
Final yarn amounts used: One skein of loops & threads charisma and a little bit of another. Each skein has 109y so I would guestimate about 120y.
Amount of time to make it: I spread it out over evenings, but it probably took me about 4 hours.

Materials:

Size L crochet hook
Size G crochet hook
2 skeins Loops & Threads Charisma yarn in off white
Small amount black yarn for embroidery
Small amount white or off-white yarn (or felt)
Tapestry needle for embroidery and sewing in ends
Animal eyes 15 mm
Animal nose 30mm (picture uses 20 mm)
Polyfiber fill, or other filling for snout

Stitch = st
Slip stitch = sl st
Chain = ch
Single crochet = sc
Single crochet 2 together = sc2tog
Half double crochet = hdc
Double crochet = dc
Fasten off = FO
