Classic 1940s short argyle sock worked in MC plus three CCs. The cuff and leg are knit flat; the heel, foot, and toe are knit in the round. The leg is seamed at the end.

The gauge, according to the pattern, is 10 st/in, but this makes a very tight sock. It is recommended that you check your gauge, measure your leg, and adjust the width of the leg as necessary.
