The Ravelry download is just a color chart (the magazine printed a black and white chart using symbols instead), not the entire pattern, but you could construct the sock using the chart alone.

REGIA 4-ply Solid, 1.75oz/50g balls each approx 215yd/197m (75% wool, 25% nylon)
