Arlington is named after Arlington National Cemetery, and was inspired by my daily walks through this national treasure.

Arlington is a shallow semi-circular shawl designed to make the most of a beautiful skein of sock yarn. Because it is knit top down you can easily adjust the finished size, and you can also choose the stockinette to lace ratio you prefer. The pink shawl shown has 5 repeats of the stockinette chart and 7 repeats of the lace chart. The periwinkle shawl has 9 repeats of the stockinette chart and 3 repeats of the lace chart.
Pattern has been test knit, and includes large, easy to read charts and complete line by line written instructions.
