The Arm-Twist Fingerless Mitts are long - they start at the crook of the elbow and extend to the knuckles. Snuggly fit, the decreases form a twist that are mirrored from one mitt to the other…. or both can be knit identically, and the twists will turn the same way. A solid or heather yarn will show off the twist, or a funky stripe can take center stage if that’s what you want.

Any worsted-weight yarn is perfect for these mitts. First created for my teenager, then a school friend, then for me!

I made two sets from one skein of Caron Simply Soft, with yarn left over. Gauge is important for a great fit.
