Armathwaite

A worsted weight, cropped sweater with a fluid movement created by an oversized silhouette and plenty of ease. This voluminous batwing sweater makes use of multidirectional construction for an engaging knit and a visually intriguing look. The garment has an interesting construction, starting with the yoke that is worked sideways in one piece. The sweater is then worked from top down in pieces and seamed to give a structure and shape that is wearable and finished looking. This novel construction creates an involved knit that requires some degree of knitting ability and pattern reading skills. The garment is designed to be worn with more than 15 cm (6 in) of positive ease.
