The Arrow Cowl is a hood cowl knitted seamlessly from top down. The shape and structural patterning used in this design makes it an essential winter accessory both for her and for him.

Yarn:
DK / 8 ply (11 wpi) Filcolana Cinnia 164 yards (150 meters) / 50g
Yardage (both sizes) 524.9 meters (574.0 yards) Skeins: 3.5 and approximately 10 m of second color for decorative strip.
The sample was made in size L . The yarn used for the sample is: Filcolana Cinnia 164 yards (150 meters) / 50g in colors:
∞ Gray (401) – cowl (Main Color)
∞ Orange (215) – decorative strip.

The gauge is not crucial for this project, but big differences could affect the measurements of the finished garment.

The gauge: 22 sts/ 34 rows = 4 “x 4”/ 10 cm x 10cm in cable pattern (larger needles - 4.0 mm/ US 6) after blocking.

Materials and Tools:
 Needles:
∞ circular needles : 4.0 mm / US 6 (80 cm/ 32” long), 3.5 mm/ US 4 (80 cm/ 32” long), and 5.0 mm/ US 8 (80 cm/ 32” long). Adjust needle size if it’s necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
