This hat and cowl set are a timeless classic to be knit over and over again in any five colour combination you choose. Both the hat and the cowl are knit in the round. The cowl tube is joined with Kitchener Stitch to allow the stitch pattern to have fluidity and creates a continuous loop. The complex look of the fairisle is achieved by changing out one colour every four rounds followed by two rounds of plain knitting.
