Arrowhead Lace Cardigan
This is a very light and soft lace cardigan with raglan sleeves. It fastens at the neck with a button or pin.
I got inspired by the Anthropologie-Inspired Capelet
by Julia Allen. To make it a lightweight summer cardigan, arrowhead lace stitch is used.
Size, length and sleeve length is easily adjustable. Once you get the hang of increasing in pattern, it’s quite an easy knit that looks elaborate and delicate.
Great for throwing something over your shoulders in summer!
Note:
This was my first lace project, my first cardigan and my first pattern all in one. And strangely this means it’s not a beginners’ pattern, because increasing in arrowhead lace pattern is a pain and takes some concentration and effort; and also because it’s NOT a fully written pattern (sorry)!
