Arwen is a drawstring skirt knit from the top down, to fit girls aged approximately 2-10 years.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS:

Skirt Circumference: 22 (23.5, 25, 27.5, 29.5) inches
56 (59.5, 64, 70, 75) cm

The length of the skirt is adjustable by adding more or fewer frills.
