This luscious and bold piece can be worn as a cowl or cape, and is snuggly and warm. (And when it’s not being worn, it looks a lot like space capsule, hence the name.)

The fabric is textured using an unusual but simple-to-perform slip stitch that is rather addictive. With smaller needles, the neckline is formed from ribbing that gives the cape or cowl its belled shape. The neckline can, if you like, be turned/folded inward when wearing as a cowl.

Atmosphere is shown in two colors (Plomo and Paris Night), but it can of course be worked with one color. As shown, you’ll need 2 skeins of the main color and a small amount of the contrast color. If done in one color, you will need 2 skeins total.
