A large shawl with a beautiful dropped stitch pattern. The pattern was inspired by the soft light reflecting on waves of the sea. Knitted with Sparrow, the shawl is light enough for protection from the summer sun, while still enjoying the sea breezes.

Needles
A US 3 (3.25 mm) 24”/ 60 cm (or longer) circular needle OR pair of straight needles
A US 4 (3.5 mm) 24”/ 60 cm (or longer) circular needle OR pair of straight needles or needle to obtain gauge

Gauge (after blocking)
16 sts and 30 rows = 4” / 10cm in Body Chart with US 3 (3.25 mm) needle

Sizes
Finished Measurements: 61” / 155 cm long x 231⁄4” / 59 cm wide

Stitch markers (4+), tapestry needle

Note
Stole is knit flat from end to end. Stitches are increased and then dropped within the fabric to create pattern. Stole is edged on all sides by garter stitch.

Note
最初から最後まで往復編みで編む。増目した目を落とし模様を作っていく。ストールの全ての端目はガーター編み。
