Made from only two skeins from the new Rowan alpaca soft yarn, this little project is suitable also for beginners.
This beret will give her wardrobe a modern understated twist and is at the same time extremely practical. This little beret keeps you warm during the first colder days and you can easily put it in your bag during the warmer hours of the day.

Additional notes:
1. The pattern for the top is the design Ahimsa by Lisa Richardson from the Rowan Knitting and Crochet Magazine 61. I have only replaced the yarn by the the new Rowan alpaca soft dk and I have started 50 rows before begin of the arm holes.

2. The pattern for the gloves is the design Checkerboard gloves by me. The pattern can be downloaded for free. If you make the hat and the gloves, you can use the leftover yarn from the head and you need to buy only one ball in a contrasting colour.
