AUTUMN HAZE is the first in the series of The Four Seasons Cowls by The Knitting Flamingo and Jeannine Hoeffler Designs! Knitted on circular needles in the round, this cowl utilizes different pattern stitches which have been converted to circular knitting! This pattern knits up quickly, using different patterns, to keep you interested and intrigued. AUTUMN HAZE looks intricate, but is easy enough for the beginner knitter willing to try a couple of easy lace stitch patterns!

Living in Florida, with the autumn temperatures still in the 90’s, the Knitting Flamingo and I used fingering weight cotton yarn but the Autumn Haze Cowl knits up beautifully in any yarn blend. Included in our Helpful Hints Section of our pattern is a simple guide to convert this cowl to some different weight yarn using simple math!
