This hat is the DK version of the Robin Hood’s Bay beret. It combines sections of a traditional Old Shale pattern with stocking stitch.

It is designed to be worn with a close fitting rib band and then a much larger body. It is a medium weight and therefore perfect for the changeable weather of autumn. It knits up quickly and so also makes a great last minute gift.

The hat was knitted in Blacker Tamar Lustre Blend DK (100% Pure New Wool) in colourway Camel.
