This pattern is available for €6.50.

Materials and tools you will need:

  • skin color yarn for the arms and head – I used less than 50 g;
  • dark green, green, light green, yellow, blue, white color yarn – I used less than 50 g of each;
  • small amount of orange color yarn;
  • a piece of white felt for the whites of the eyes;
  • two black half beads for the pupils of the eyes (I used 7 mm in diameter);
  • matching crochet hook;
  • a piece of plastic (plastic canvas or plastic lid) or thick cardboard for the insoles;
  • fabric tape;
  • wire for the arms - the diameter and quantity depends on the size of your toy. I used approximately 25 cm (10 inches) of copper wire 0.7 mm in diameter (optional);
  • wire for the head-neck-body frame - the diameter and quantity depends on the size of your toy. I used approximately 14 cm (5.5 inches) of PVC covered wire 3 mm in diameter (optional);
  • 2 small buttons for the overall;
  • stuffing;
  • sewing pins;
  • brown and pink embroidery thread for the eyebrows and mouth;
  • any material for tinting (optional) to tint the cheeks – I used regular blusher;
  • brown felt tip pen or brown pencil to draw freckles (optional);
  • tapestry needle.

Measurements:
I used “Jeans” by YarnArt (55% cotton, 45% acrylic, 50g/160m) and 1.75 mm crochet hook. The boy is 17 cm tall (6.7 inches) and the helicopter is 5x9 cm (1.9x3.5 inches) using the materials mentioned above.
