Axel Open Neck

Languages: DK and UK

Axel Open Neck is a shoulder warmer that is worked top down. It’s worked in stockinette st. with edges in seed st. Axel Open Neck is worked back and forth with increases on both shoulders. The collar is knitted on later, by picking up sts along neckline and front parts. It’s worked back and forth in seed st, using short rows.
Wear the Axel Open Neck at the office, out in the first spring sun, over your coat instead of a scarf, or under your winter coat on cold days. The shoulderwarmer is closed with a pin or brooch.
Axel Open Neck is seamless.

Sizes:
S (M/L) XL

Dimensions:
With top side: 31 (35) 39 cm / 12.2 (13.8) 15.4” (shoulder to shoulder)
With bottom side: 59 (65) 72 cm / 23.2 (25.6) 28.4” (upper arm to upper arm)
Length at back: 24,5 (26) 30 cm / 9.7 (10.2) 11.8” (without collar)

Size Guide:
Axel Open Neck should fit over the back and neck, so that the increases on the shoulders are in the center. Therefore, knit the size you normally use in pullovers. Of course, a little more positive ease must be taken into account if you want to wear the shoulder warmer over your coat.
