Need to wear your hair up but keep your head warm? The Baby Cable Bun Hat is a bun or ponytail friendly hat - instead of decreasing to close the crown of the hat, there is a hole for hair to poke through. This is an straightforward pattern suitable for beginner knitters.

Materials:
1 skein (100 yards) Loops and Threads Charisma or similar bulky yarn. The pattern will not use the entire skein.

Size:
To fit a large adult (23” head circumference).
To make the hat larger or smaller, increase or decrease the number of stitches in multiples of 4.

Needles:
Size US 11, 22” circular needle.

Notions:
Tapestry needle and round marker, if desired.

Gauge:
3 stitches, 5 rows per inch in stockinette stitch.
