What am I missing?
Baby Finkaas
Well, I had such a great response from my Lady Finkaa pattern that it inspired me to make them in more sizes. My Finkaas are inspired by our family heritage of Swiss ancestry. I wanted to make a loafer-like slipper/shoe that would portray the heritage that we treasure in our home, and share it with you.
These little shoes are perfect for both boys and girls, and I have 2 variations on the strap: a boy strap and a girl strap. This pattern is written for an infant U.S. size 0 foot, but has adjustments throughout for sizes 1-5 (will fit any foot from 3.75”-5” in length).
This pattern also includes over 30 photos to take you through the knitting process step by step. The whole shoe is knit in garter stitch and is fairly basic. Good for a beginner or long time knitter. The color effect is accomplished by using multicolored yarn, and the texture is accomplished by putting some, but not all of the shoe through a felting process. If you’ve never felted before, don’t be intimidated. It’s an easy and forgiving process. Just throw it in the washing machine, and follow my step by step directions.

This pattern is for personal use only. YOU CANNOT RESELL MY PATTERN OR THE FINISHED PRODUCT as they are copyrighted by me. Thank you!
