  • written for intermediate beginners who are used to basic crochet stitches and simple crochet patterns. To make these shoes you will need to know how to do - Single crochet (sc). The pattern comprises of a fully illustrated tutorial with color photos of every step of the process so its easy to follow and quick to make. Written instructions for 3 sizes:-

The pattern involves some simple sewing - don’t worry if you’re not a great stitcher - the photos will guide you through the process.
To make the shoes you need worsted (aran) cotton or cotton wool mix for the soles (I used Lily Sugar n’cream, which is nice and thick and firm for soles), and light dk or for the sandal itself (worked with a double strand of Drops Cotton Merino - which is really gorgeous and comes in great colours),
3mm, 3.5mm and 4mm crochet hooks (U.S C/2, E/4 and G/6).
