This hat is worked in treble crochet (English notation) with a “petal” edging, to match a flowery/scalloped dress pattern from King Cole. I have worked it for 3-6 months and included adaptations for other sizes.

The hat is soft and stretchy, and the pattern shows off the variegation on the wool really nicely. The edge can be turned up or down to suit.

Please note that sizes are approximate as I have not yet had a chance to try it on the actual baby. Any feedback is welcome!
