It is knitted top down. You only need basic knitting kills:
Cast on, knit, purl, yarn over, k2tog(knit 2 stitches together), slip stitch, increase, psso (pass slip stitch over), and bind off.

Two pairs of Circular Needles: US 6/4.0mm
