I prefer to use alpaca wool as it is amazingly soft, lightweight, breathable and active fiber that reacts to changes in body temperature helping stay warm when the weather is cold and cool when the weather is hot, so the blanket can be used the whole year around.

The pattern is ideal for a beginner knitter, instructions are clearly charted and written row by row with full explanations. Furthermore full pattern support is available by message. Blanket is knitted in one piece.
