A haramaki is a fabric belt worn around the midsection to retain body heat.

Materials:

• Japanese size 3 double-pointed knitting needles (3.0 mm)
• approx. 20g (49 m) color A
• approx. 25g (61.25 m) color B

Finished size: 36cm around belly and 18cm long.
