Just for information, thank you to those who had pointed out the error in my Baby Jewel Dress pattern. The small error was found in Row 17 to Row 29 (highlight with red font). Alhamdulillah, I fixed the error and made sure the pattern is error free. Link to pattern:

NOTE (20.9.2016):
Dear knitters, I received a complaint about how my patterns should state the total number of stitches on every row which cause them to keep losing count and made an error to the pattern stitches. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE that you can simply follow this simple TRICK that will help you to track down your count by PUTTING markers between each repeat on leaf stitch pattern row. For example. This pattern has 6 repeats. You can put marker between this 6 repeats so you can easily count your stitches at the end of row.

UPDATED (22.9.2016):
UPDATED: I received a complaint about how my pattern should state the total number of stitches on every rows. Well, its just a simple math you know. You can calculate the number based on increase st and repeat on each rows. For example. You CO 63 sts.
ON Row 7:
K7, yo, (k3, m1, k1, m1, k3, yo) repeat (…) for 6 more times, K7.
RED FONT is increase of 1 stitch.
Now, you can calculate as follow:
ROW 7: 7 + 1 st inc + (3+1 st inc +1+1 st inc +3+1 st inc) x 7 times (6 times + the first step of (…)) + 7 = 84 stitches as total.
Hope this will help! ;)
