When crocheted with a “F” hook, murloc reaches about 4 inches from butt to top of head.

This is a pretty simple pattern, and you will need to know a few stitches to complete --

  • sc - single chain
  • dbl - double stitch; a stitch twice as large as a single chain
  • inc - increase stitch; two single chain stitches in one spot.
  • dec - decreasing two stitches into one
  • ss - slip stitch, to close off

This pattern creates a baby murloc - which you would recognize from the game World of Warcraft.

I used random extra scrap yarn on hand - no specific skein, weight, or anything. The tools I used were as follows:

  • crochet hook (I use size F or G, but up to you)
  • yarn (three+ colors, depending on how you want to decorate)
  • decorations (paint, felting needles, etc)

For my decorations, I used needle felting, but you could certainly also crochet, paint, or do anything else for the extra designs.

I do not own World of Warcraft, nor am I affiliated with Blizzard. If you enjoy this pattern, I’d very much appreciate a donation. Just to help fund my yarn addiction. I’d hate to charge for patterns, as I don’t own this character, and I know cash can be short nowadays
