Everyone loves the classic sheepskin Ugg Boots, but how cute are these! Knit these little Snuggly Booties and be the envy of all your friends - these are completely original and my own design - I warn you, you may end up knitting these for everyone with a baby you know! They’re hugely popular here in London, so for ultra-trendy babies, why not give them a go!

Having made the 6month size, I was persuaded to include a larger and smaller size. Separate instructions are given for three sizes, but you could make a larger, or even smaller pair, by just increasing, or decreasing the size of the needles.

MATERIALS
I used 50g x DK wool, with oddments of DK boucle or ‘fuzzy’ wool for the cuffs. (The pattern gives recommendations for yarns that are suitable).
Knitted on 4mm needles.

Instructions are given for 3 sizes:-
Small: 0-3 months (9cms)
Medium: 3-6 months (10cms)
Large: 6-12 months (11cms)
(For extra-large size knit on larger needles, for extra-extra large, knit aran weight wool on larger needles).

The pattern is actually a fully illustrated 9 page tutorial with colour photos throughout, and, with instructions for adding little leather soles for that super designer touch! (as in last photo).

These little booties are very easy to make, so suitable for anyone with a little experience of knitting. The seams are worked in single crochet, but you can also sew the seams if you prefer.
