This original bag is part of a set with cardigan and beret hat. It has a practical form for casual as well as formal use, inspired from shop paper bags.

The thread is Egyptian cotton, worked with hook 2,5 (12).

About the yarn:
The Cable’ 2005 is produced (SESIA) in Italy and purchased in my local store here in Rome. It’s a 50 gram skein with 135 meters Egyptian cotton. The gauge with 3,5 mm hook (US size E/4) is 21 sts x 12 rows = 10 x 10 cm. This info should give an idea of which yarn to look for.
