Here is my Bag for Life design. I stepped outside of my usual design comfort zone of blankets to create this design when approached by a magazine - and I am so glad that I accepted the brief and designed this bag.

This bag was designed to make popping to the shops for those few groceries easy. No need to use a plastic bag, now you can simply grab your own reusable market bag and help save the planet too!

The original short handled version is made using King Cole Value Recycled Cotton yarn (aran/worsted weight).

The Rainbow long strap version is made using Drops Paris Cotton.

You can make this bag with short or long straps to suit your preference, instructions are included within the pattern for this.

Help save the planet with this on trend market bag.

This pattern is also featured in the Hook to Hook Challenge of Simply Crochet Magazine, Issue 73.

Bag measures 39cm (15¼in) wide, 44cm (17¼in) long
