Indulge in the delightful simplicity and soothing rhythm of the Baltic Sea shawl.

This crescent-shaped shawl weaves together the smoothness of stockinette stitch and wavy feather and fan lace, framed with garter ridges that bring texture to life.

Customise the size to your liking by working as many pattern repeats as you want. Simply keep knitting until you use up all your yarn or reach your desired size.

Grab your needles, get lost in the stitches and embrace the zen.

YARN
Three skeins of Isager Tweed (70% wool, 30% mohair; 200 m / 219 yds per 50 g), shown in colour North Sea.

Or approximately 600 m / 656 yds of similar fingering weight yarn.

NEEDLES
Size 4 mm / US 6 needles or size to achieve pattern gauge

This shawl is worked flat, but I recommend using an 80 – 100 cm / 32 – 40 inch circular needle to accommodate the growing number of stitches.
