Worked in an interesting texture, this hat provides a variety of options for customizing through the use of color. Use two solids, a solid and variegated or even just one color.

You can also change up the length of the brim to make it a simple beanie or give the option to wear it in a more slouchy style.

  • Use two colors as shown in the sample or combine a plain color with variegated yarn for interesting contrast.
  • Thanks to the stitch pattern, you could even do it in one color for a nice texture. This is a good way to use a non-solid colored yarn as the general texture won’t get completely lost in the color changes.
  • You need about 25% more of the color you use for the brim than of the other color.
