This project is the first in a series of three hats designed to give you a chance to practice bargello knitting and build your skills.

Pattern notes
Hat is worked from bottom to top starting with the circular needle and 2x2 ribbing. Bargello section is 18 segments of 5 sts divided into 2 sections of 9 segments each and worked on straight needles. The stitches are placed back on the circular needle to resume working in the round, changing to dpns when necessary.
