This basic, bottom up, triangular shawl is started with a single stitch, and features symmetric yarn overs inside a five-stitch edging. The entire shawl is worked in basic garter stitch, using a large needle with a fingering weight yarn to achieve a more lacy appearance. The top edge is finished with an i-cord edge to soften the line across the neck.
