Here we have a cute jacket and beanie that will keep your doll warm on a cold day.

It’s an easy project that is great for a beginner knitter. You will need basic knitting knowledge, and some easy sewing is also required. If you don’t have a pom pom maker, you can use a piece of cardboard or even your hand to wind the pom pom yourself. Check around for some easy tutorials on this if you’re not sure how to make them.

The item(s) made with this pattern were meant to fit an 18-inch American Girl doll, as shown in the pictures. However, they will also fit similar dolls, such as Our Generation, My Life As, and others. I added a sizing chart to the pictures, to help you compare your dolls to the American Girl dolls.

It is recommended that you read entirely through the pattern before starting with it. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact me.

For this pattern I used:

~ Mainstays 100% Acrylic yarn, 4-medium in the color Gray, but you can use any other 4-medium worsted weight yarn you choose.

~ Knitting needles size: US 8 - 5.00 mm

  • I want to keep my patterns free for everyone to use, but in return I would like to ask you not to sell them or claim them as your own. You are free to sell the completed projects you make with my patterns, however.

Have fun, and happy knitting!
