Long vest features leaf pattern inspired by basil, a warm-weather herb Elsebeth notes is grown in Stockholm, and used often in Swedish cooking. Asymmetrical placement of the leaf pattern on the left front, and lower right back, adds a dramatic, distinctive touch to the otherwise plain and easy-to-knit vest. No shaping!
