Batwing twin-set with cardigan, long-sleeved jumper and short-sleeved jumper.

“This beautifully fashioned jumper and cardigan set is knitted in stocking stitch, with welts and cuffs of ribbing. A specially becoming feature is the double stocking-stitch neckband on the jumper. Contrarily to the usual batwing pattern which is knitted across from cuff to cuff, the main parts of these garments are knitted in the normal manner, commencing from the lower welts. The sleeve stitches are afterwards picked up along the side edges and knitted down. This gives a particularly good shape.”
