This airy wrap is knit with shifting panels of mesh lace and stamped with arrowheads of garter stitch to thoroughly modern effect. Knit on the bias in Plains, Bauhin is an elegant, feather-light accessory that will add panache to simple outfits in any season.


Construction
The shawl is worked from end to end, beginning with a small number of stitches and increasing every other row until the full width of the piece is reached. After working even for a certain length, stitches are decreased every other row (on the opposite side from where the increases were worked), before being fastened off.
