The twisted cables provide warmth and stretchiness. The stitch pattern is a traditional Bavarian pattern. The cables are constructed very logically and the symmetrical folded hems ensure a harmonious, satisfying, and joyful knitting result.

A few words about the yarn: It’s merino yarn from a local Bavarian spinning mill. It’s not at all scratchy, but robust and durable, available in many colors, and very affordable. Perfect for cables and travelling twisted stitches. I highly recommend it.
