Seeing the big billboards around our area for the upcoming film “Big Hero 6” made me smile. Bay Max the robot is a real cutie and I decided he was a good candidate for me to make my first pattern attempt.

He stands about 9-10 inches high.

Body, head, and legs are worked in the round starting with a magic loop. The arms are made from shoulder down and crocheted in the round.
