Bead Happy Necklace
If you play with beads, you’ll have a stash of multiple shapes, sizes and colors. Have you ever noticed how certain beads “find” each other and simply want to be strung together into something fun? Here’s an easy way to make a happy beaded necklace.

The samples were made with a 6-color mix of size 6/0 seed beads and 40 larger accent beads.
They were crocheted with fingering weight hemp or cotton. Each is 40” in circumference.
Wear it as a three or four tier necklace or wrap it several times around the wrist as a bracelet.

Materials:
Approximately 15 yards of fingering weight hemp, linen, cotton, silk, bamboo or blends.
Size C crochet hook.
200 size 6/0 seed beads, one color, or a mix of colors.
40 accent beads. Any shape or size up to 8mm, making sure the holes are large enough for the yarn to pass through. Use glass, metallic, plastic, fiber, clay, stone and crystals. Any type of bead will work.
Dental floss threader and beading surface. Fray check fabric glue. Scissors.

Enjoy and Bead Happy!
