This pattern is available for free.

You can find this pattern for free on my blog, or you can purchase an ad-free printable PDF version (including a text only version). The PDF also includes the pattern for the matching scarf.

This pattern will show you how to make a simple textured cowl using the bean stitch. I made a double wrap cowl length, but you can easily customize it to make it shorter (a single wrap cowl) or longer (a full length scarf). For the single wrap, you’ll need just one skein of Ice Cream Yarn. For the double wrap or full length scarf, you’ll need two skeins of the yarn. I made mine with a size J (6.0mm) crochet hook, but you may want to size down if you’re not a tight crocheter.

You’re welcome to do whatever you’d like to with finished products made from this pattern but if you do sell them, I ask that you link back to my page. You may not copy this pattern, repost it anywhere (either altered or in its original form), or claim it as your own. You may not use any photos on this site for your own use.
