It never fails while I’m camping my feet always get cold! Either the weather is on the cold side, or the air conditioner in the camper is too high! So I’m always looking for a pair of socks to slide on in the evening as we relax at the lake from a busy day. I have combined a beautiful lacey pattern with worsted weight yarn to create these gorgeous socks. They knit up rather quickly due to the yarn size, making these socks a perfect weekend project. I knit mine up out on the deck as I enjoyed the sights, sounds and smells of Bedford Creek Campground on Lake Ontario. On a chilly fall or spring evening, everybody needs that great pair of ‘go to’ toasty warm socks, and there certainly is no reason they can’t be beautiful as well as warm! The pattern includes directions for a mid-calf or knee high sock, depending on your preference.
