Bekhar is a shawl with slightly crescent shape with wide edging worked in lace and cable.

Notes:
● The shawl is worked top down in one piece.
● You can use any natural fiber yarn of lace or fingering weight.
● The size is easy adjustable.
● The pattern includes both written instructions and charts.

For knitting the shawl you will need:
● 120-150 gr of Fingering weight yarn with the most natural fiber content (wool, merino wool, alpaca, cotton, linen) or blend of 2 or more natural fibers.
● or 50-60 gr of Lace weight yarn with the most natural fiber content.
● 40-inch (100 cm) circular needles.
● Cable needle, markers, blocking pins.

Yardage: 546,81 yds (500 m).

Finished measurements (after blocking):
● body height 11’’ (28 cm),
● total height 21.6 ‘’(55 cm),
● Wingspan 63’’ (160 cm).

Needles:
● US6 (4.0 mm) for body,
● US7 (4.5 mm) for edging.
