ERRATA: Under “Turn the heel” the purl rows should read M1, P1, w&t (not M1, K1, w&t).

A pretty flower design from a Japanese pattern stitch book. It is knit from the toe-up to maintain the drooping flower look, on a garter stitch background. It is written for 2 sizes. Since it is garter stitch, make sure the sock is nice and snug. There are both charts and written instructions.

Just a note, on the Bell Flower Chart written instructions (the other two written instructions are fine), the program I used inserted a “1” after yo, ssk, k2tog e.g. k2tog1. Please ignore these “1”s, hopefully this glitch will be fixed soon. Also, the key includes explanations for the wrong side (ws) which is unnecessary, since there is no wrong side as the sock is knit in the round.
