This pattern is for a cardigan or pullover, both with a lower lace section, made with long or short sleeves. The smallest size should fit a newborn and the largest a 30-month-old child. The cardigan pattern calls for one button and the pullover calls for three. Don’t get confused - the picture of the pullover is beside the instructions for the cardigan and vice versa (in the print book).

The pullover opens in back and has loops for the three buttons (not button holes).
