I used 2 skeins of Mericash, but I had a lot left over after each glove.
These are knit in the round, and I think you’ll find it easier to manage the ruching pattern and shaping if you use the magic loop method, with stitch divided on 2 needles, rather than 3 or 4 as with double points.
