I just love this cable pattern and it looks so lovely in these fluffy mittens!
They are worked from the cuff up, in the round.
Thumb sts are placed on hold, then picked up and knit in the round.
Fully charted.

Yarn:
33g (135m) fingering weight yarn held together with lace weight silk mohair yarn.
The samples were made using SherryIrisDesign sock yarn in ”Rory” colourway (75% Superwash Merino, 25% Nylon; 425m/100g) with Drops Kid-Silk in colour 06 (75% Mohair, 25% Silk; 210m/25g) and
HedgerowYarns sock yarn (80% SW Merino Wool 10% Cashmere 10% Nylon; 400m/100g) in “Berry Biscuit” colourway with Drops Brushed Alpaca Silk (77% Alpaca, 23% Silk; 140m/25g)

Needles:
Double pointed needles 3,75 mm (US 5) and a cable needle

Gauge:
